目的 使用可视化知识图谱分析国内外动机性访谈法的研究趋势和热点问题,为今后动机性访谈法在临床和公共健康教育领域的研究提供参考.方法 选取CNKI和Web of Science核心合集为数据来源,使用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件对其进行可视化分析,绘制科学知识图谱.结果 共纳入相关中文文献681篇,相关英文文献2518篇,国内外动机性访谈法的发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国、英国和澳大利亚是发文量前3名的国家,中国排名11;齐鲁护理杂志、Patient Education and Counseling分别是国内外发文量最多的期刊;"动机访谈"是频次出现最多的关键词,研究热点问题主要围绕药物滥用、酒精成瘾、干预、初级照护、生活质量、公共健康等逐步发展变化.结论 随着动机性访谈法研究的不断发展,国外的研究趋势和热点问题逐渐从临床研究转向公共健康教育.我国的研究也不断突破,未来还需加强动机性访谈法研究的国际间合作,规范临床应用的同时加强其在公共健康教育领域的运用,更深入地进行科研探索及实践.
Visual analysis on motivational interviewing research
Objective To analyze the research trends and hot issues of motivational interviewing at home and abroad by using visual knowledge mapping,and to provide a reference for future research on motivational interviewing in re-search field of clinical and public health education.Methods CNKI and Web of Science core collections were selected as data sources,and CiteSpace5.8.R3 software was used to visually analyze data and draw scientific knowledge maps.Results A total of 681 Chinese articles and 2518 English articles were included.The number of published articles related to motiva-tional interviewing at home and abroad was on the rise.The United States,the United Kingdom and Australia were the top three countries in terms of the number of published articles,and China ranked 11th.Qilu Journal of Nursing and Patient Ed-ucation and Counseling were the top one journals at home and abroad,respectively."Motivation Interviewing"was the most frequently used keyword.The research hotspots mainly focus on the gradual development and changes of drug abuse,alcohol addiction,intervention,primary care,quality of life,and public health.Conclusion With the continuous development of motivational interviewing research,foreign research trends and hot issues have gradually shifted from clinical research to public health education.The research in China is also constantly breaking through.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen international cooperation of motivational interviewing research,standardize clinical application,strengthen its application in field of public health education,and carry out more in-depth scientific research exploration and practice.
