目的 了解2018-2022年我国60～69岁老年人健康素养水平及变化趋势,为开展老年人健康素养促进提供理论依据.方法 基于2018-2022年全国健康素养监测中60～69岁老年人的监测数据,分析其健康素养水平及其影响因素.结果 经加权调整,2018-2022年我国60～69岁老年人的健康素养水平分别为6.95％、6.23％、9.00％、11.71％、12.34％.以2022年数据为例,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,以农村地区为参照,城市地区60～69岁老年人健康素养水平的OR值为1.141(95％CI:1.032～1.261);以不识字/少识字为参照,小学、初中、高中/职高/中专和大专及以上文化程度的60～69岁老年人健康素养水平的OR值分别为2.124(95％CI:1.721～2.621)、3.386(95％CI:2.768～4.141)、5.195(95％CI:4.219～6.395)和 10.315(95％CI:8.080～13.167).结论 2018-2022年,我国60～69岁老年人的健康素养水平较低,但呈上升趋势,城乡、文化程度是我国60～69岁老年人健康素养水平的影响因素.
Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy levels and its trend among Chinese elderly aged 60-69 years old from 2018 to 2022,and to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of health literacy promotion.Meth-ods The health literacy levels and its influencing factors among Chinese elderly aged 60-69 years old were analyzed based on the data of the National Health Literacy Surveillance from 2018 to 2022.Results After weighted adjustment,the health literacy levels of Chinese elderly aged 60-69 years old from 2018 to 2022 were 6.95％,6.23％,9.00％,11.71％,12.34％,respectively.In 2022,the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the OR value of the eld-erly aged 60-69 years in urban areas was 1.141(95％CI:1.032-1.261)compared to rural areas.With illiterate/less literate as the reference,the OR values of the elderly aged 60-69 years old with primary school,junior high school,high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school and junior college and above were 2.124(95％CI:1.721-2.621),3.386(95％CI:2.768-4.141),5.195(95％CI:4.219-6.395)and 10.315(95％CI:8.080-13.167),respectively.Conclusion The health literacy level of Chinese elderly aged 60-69 years old was relatively low,but showing an upward trend from 2018 to 2022.Urban and rural areas and educational levels were the influencing factors of health literacy level among Chinese elderly aged 60-69 years old.
