目的 探究浙江省学龄期儿童青少年的屏幕暴露情况及其影响因素,为学龄期儿童青少年屏幕暴露干预措施的制定提供依据.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,于2020年9-11月抽取浙江省小学、初中、高中同班级的1044名学生进行问卷调查.通过问卷调查收集学生的性别、年级、户籍、留守情况、与家人关系、家庭经济水平、体力活动及屏幕暴露等信息.采用方差分析和线性相关比较组间儿童青少年屏幕暴露时间的差异,多因素线性回归分析屏幕暴露的影响因素.结果 1044名儿童青少年中,男女各占一半,549名(52.6%)为城市户籍,94名(9.0%)为留守儿童青少年.1044名调查对象的平均周屏幕暴露时长为(22.3±9.2)h,小学生、初中生、高中生的屏幕暴露时长分别是(18.8±7.4)h、(19.6±7.1)h、(24.6±9.7)h.多因素回归分析结果显示,体力活动时间越长(β=-0.33,P=0.008)、亲子关系越和谐(β=-0.32,P=0.038)的青少年屏幕暴露时长越短,进入高年级(β=5.60,P<0.001)和留守儿童青少年(β=2.38,P=0.012)的屏幕暴露时长越长.结论 儿童青少年屏幕暴露时长与年级、体力活动时长、亲子关系、留守状况有关.
Study on screen exposure and its risk factors among children and adolescents in Zhejiang Province
Objective To investigate screen exposure status and its risk factors among children and adolescents in Zhejiang Province,and to provide scientific basis for the intervention of screen exposure in children and adolescents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1044 students of primary,middle and high schools in Zhejiang Prov-ince.Information such as gender,grade,household registration,migration status,relationship with families,family econom-ic level,physical activities and screen exposure status were collected.ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to explore difference between groups in screen exposure.Regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between screen exposure and risk factors.Results Among the 1044 children and adolescents,there were fifty-fifty boys and girls,549(52.6%)children and adolescents had urban household registration,and 94(9.0%)children and adolescents were left-behind.The average weekly screen exposure time of 1044 subjects was(22.3±9.2)hours,with(18.8±7.4)hours for primary school students,(19.6±7.1)hours for middle school students,and(24.6±9.7)hours for high school students,respective-ly.More physical activities(β=-0.33,P=0.008)and harmonious parent-child relationship(β=-0.32,P=0.038)were related to less screen exposure in children and adolescents.Senior grades(β=5.60,P<0.001)and left-behind chil-dren(β=2.38,P=0.012)were related to more screen exposure.Conclusion The screen exposure was related to grade,physical activity time,parent-child relationship and left-behind status.
