目的 研制适合中国初中生的护眼健康素养问卷,并应用Rasch模型进行信效度和质量检验.方法 采用文献研究法、德尔菲专家咨询法构建中国初中生护眼健康素养指标体系并开发问卷测量条目,采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取河北省、四川省、深圳市和青海省的初中生(n=1560)进行现场施测,采用Rasch模型进行问卷质量分析.结果 最终形成的中国初中生护眼健康素养问卷包括护眼知识(Eyesight Health Literacy-Knowledge,EHL-K)、护眼技能(Eyesight Health Literacy-Skill,EHL-S)和护眼动机(Eyesight Health Literacy-Moti-vation,EHL-M)3个部分,共40个条目.问卷质量评价结果显示,总体Rasch模型测量对方差的解释率为63.00%,被试信度0.81,项目信度1,被试分离度为2.05,项目分离度25.21,具有较高的内部一致性与良好的拟合性.怀特图显示,问卷条目总体难度均值M略高于被试能力均值M,其中EHL-K部分的条目难易兼备,与被试能力对应良好;EHL-S部分的条目难度略高于被试能力;EHL-M部分的条目难度略低于被试能力.结论 该问卷可以用于测量我国初中生的护眼健康素养水平,也可用于评价学校相关健康教育工作的成效.
Development and evaluation of an eyesight health literacy questionnaire for Chinese junior high school students based on Rasch modeling
Objective To develop a questionnaire on eye care health literacy for Chinese junior high school students,and apply the Rasch model for its reliability and quality testing.Methods Literature research method and Delphi expert consultation method were used to construct and develop Chinese junior high school students'eyesight health literacy in-dex system.Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select junior high school students(n=1560)from Hebei Province,Sichuan Province,Shenzhen City,and Qinghai Province.The results were analyzed by using Rasch model.Results The finalized questionnaire consisted of three dimensions included Eyesight Health Literacy-Knowledge(EHL-K),Eyesight Health Literacy-Skill(EHL-S),and Eyesight Health Literacy-Motivation(EHL-M).The results of the question-naire quality evaluation showed that the overall Rasch model measurement explained 63.00%of all variances with high inter-nal consistency and goodness of fit(the subject reliability of 0.81,the item reliability of 1,the subject separation of 2.05 and the item separation of 25.21).The White diagram showed that the mean value of overall difficulty M was slightly higher than the mean value of the subjects'ability M.The items in EHL-K part were good at difficulty,which corresponded well with the subjects'ability.The difficulty of items in EHL-S part was slightly higher than the subjects'ability.The difficulty of the items in EHL-M part was slightly lower than the subjects'ability.Conclusion The questionnaire could be used to meas-ure the level of eyesight health literacy of junior high school students in China,and to evaluate the effectiveness of related health education work in schools.
