广州市社区居民健康科普需求及其影响因素分析

目的 了解广州市社区居民健康科普需求现状并探索相关影响因素,为今后开展健康科普工作以及制定相关卫生健康政策提供科学依据.方法 2022年12月-2023年1月,采用分层、多阶段、简单随机、按规模大小成比例的概率(Probability Proportional to Size,PPS)抽样和配额抽样相结合的方法,对广州市15~69岁的社区居民开展问卷调查.分析居民健康科普需求,多因素Logistic回归分析其影响因素.结果 手机、平板已经成为广州市社区居民获取健康科普知识的首要途径(89.70%),微信(57.72%)、短视频APP(41.97%)和新闻类APP(34.09%)是居民最经常使用的3类新媒体平台.科学就医与合理用药(59.37%)、营养和饮食(58.81%)、常见病和慢性病(57.36%)是居民最为关注的科普内容.居民喜爱的健康科普形式以视频与图片为主,居民参与网络健康科普活动的意愿整体高于线下活动.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,自己或家人生病(OR=1.584,95%CI:1.127~2.228)、现患心脑血管系统疾病(OR=1.552,95%CI:1.062~2.268)、肌肉骨骼系统疾病(OR=2.042,95%CI:1.369~3.046)、偶尔使用微信(OR=1.539,95%CI:1.135~2.088)、从不(OR=2.143,95%CI:1.427~3.217)或偶尔使用(OR=1.458,95%CI:1.073~1.982)短视频 APP、从不使用医疗卫生机构网站或APP(OR=1.986,95%CI:1.286~3.068)、喜欢看以文字形式为主的健康科普(OR=1.459,95%CI:1.105~1.927)、喜欢参加面对面技能培训(OR=1.654,95%CI:1.236~2.214)和其他形式健康科普活动(OR=2.865,95%CI:1.347~6.093)的居民,其健康科普需求尚未得到满足.反之,获取健康科普的途径越多(OR=0.879,95%CI:0.785~0.984),过去1年内了解的健康科普内容越丰富(OR=0.918,95%CI:0.887~0.949),使用手机接受健康科普无任何问题的居民(OR=0.358,95%CI:0.221~0.579),其需求满足率越高.结论 广州市社区居民对健康科普的需求呈现出多元化态势,应以公众需求为导向,制定相应的健康科普策略,积极推动网络健康科普新模式,注重互联网科普适老化改造,扩大科普服务的覆盖面,提升健康科普的整体效益.
Analysis on the needs of health science popularization and its influencing factors among community residents in Guangzhou
Objective To investigate the needs of health science popularization and its associated factors among community residents in Guangzhou,and to provide scientific basis for improving health science popularization work and for-mulating relevant health policies in future.Methods From December 2022 to January 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents aged 15-69 in Guangzhou using a combination of stratified,multi-stage,simple ran-domization,probability proportional to size sampling and quota sampling methods.Analyze the needs of health science popu-larization among residents and its influencing factors with multivariate logistic regression.Results Smartphones and tablets were becoming the primary channels for residents in Guangzhou to obtain health knowledge(89.70%),while WeChat(57.72%),short video apps(41.97%)and news apps(34.09%)were the three most commonly used platforms by residents.Scientific medical treatment and rational drug use(59.37%),nutrition and diet(58.81%),common and chronic diseases(57.36%)were the most concerned topics for residents.Residents'favorite forms of health science popu-larization were mainly videos and pictures,and their overall willingness to participate in online health education activities was higher than offline activities.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that residents themselves or their family members having ill(OR=1.584,95%CI:1.127-2.228),current suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(OR=1.552,95%CI:1.062-2.268),having musculoskeletal system diseases(OR=2.042,95%CI:1.369-3.046),residents who occasionally used WeChat(OR=1.539,95%CI:1.135-2.088),never(OR=2.143,95%CI:1.427-3.217),or occasionally used short video apps(OR=1.458,95%CI:1.073-1.982),never used medical and health institution websites or apps(OR=1.986,95%CI:1.286-3.068),residents who preferred to read health science popularization mainly in written form(OR=1.459,95%CI:1.105-1.927),liking to participate in face-to-face skill training(OR=1.654,95%CI:1.236-2.214),and other forms of health science popularization activi-ties(OR=2.865,95%CI:1.347-6.093)had not yet met their health science popularization needs.On the contrary,residents who had more ways to obtain health education(OR=0.879,95%CI:0.785-0.984),or obtained richer knowl-edge of health in the past year(OR=0.918,95%CI:0.887-0.949),or received health education on their mobile phones without any problems(OR=0.358,95%CI:0.221-0.579)had higher demand satisfaction rate.Conclusion The needs for health science popularization among community residents in Guangzhou showed diversified trend.Based on public de-mand,developing corresponding health education strategies,promoting new patterns of online health education,improving the aging transformation of internet medical services should be adopted to expand the coverage of science popularization serv-ices and improve the overall efficiency of health science popularization.
