摘要

依法治军从严治军,是党领导人民军队在长期革命、建设、改革伟大实践中形成并不断丰富发展的建军治军基本方略,是筑牢军魂的坚强保证、克敌制胜的锐利武器、保持本色的重要法宝.本文回顾了70年依法治军从严治军的发展历程,总结了70年依法治军从严治军的基本经验,归纳了这些基本经验对深入推进依法治军从严治军的启示.
