摘要

本文梳理了新中国成立以来我军院校人才培养模式的发展历史,总结了新中国成立以来军队院校人才培养的基本经验,着重从理念、模型、格局、评估等方面对新时代培育“四有”革命军人、创新军队院校人才培养模式提出了对策建议.
