集约化全覆盖金石滩污水处理厂设计

摘要
大连开发区金石滩污水处理厂工程总规模为5 × 104 m3/d,其中一期工程规模为2×104 m3/d,由于污水厂地处国家级旅游度假区,故采用了集约化、半地下、全覆盖的设计理念,将污水厂设计于室内,并通过选用改良A2/O生物池、矩形沉淀池、高密度沉淀池、微滤机池等先进的生物处理及深度处理工艺设计,同时采用除臭、自然采光、中水回用等设计,全力打造一个响应国家环保节能政策、节省占地、与周围环境和谐共存的现代化污水处理厂.
Abstract
The total capacity of the Jinshitan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dalian Development Zone is 50 000 m3/d,and the capacity of the first-stage project is 20000 m3/d.This plant has specific requirements in design because it is located in the national tourist resort.Based on the concepts of intensiveness,semi-underground type and complete coverage,the wastewater treatment plant was designed indoors.To build a modern wastewater treatment plant which complies with the national policy on environmental protection and energy-saving,saves land and harmonizes with the surrounding environment,some advanced process designs of bio-treatment and advanced treatment were chosen,such as improved A2/O biological ponds,rectangular settling tanks,high density sedimentation tanks and microfiltration pools,and deodorization,natural lighting,reclaimed water reuse and other designs were applied at the same time.
