摘要
河南某化纤厂的棉浆粕黑液pH值高,固形物含量高,温度高,很难生化降解.采用黑液提取/黑液蒸发浓缩/黑液焚烧/苛化工艺处理棉浆粕黑液,回收黑液中的碱用于生产,处理规模为450 m3/d,实现了黑液的“零排放”.工程实践表明,黑液提取率为90%,碱回收率达78.8%,回收碱量(折合成40% NaOH)为13.87 t/d.该工艺处理效果稳定可靠,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益.
Abstract
Cotton pulp black liquor from a chemical fibre factory is difficult to be biodegrated due to high pH,solid content and temperature.The combined process of black liquor extraction,black liquor evaporation and concentration,black liquor incineration and causticization was used to treat cotton pulp black liquor with a treatment capacity of 450 m3/d.After treatment,alkali in the black liquor was recovered and used for production,which realized the zero discharge of black liquor.The running results showed that after treatment,black liquor extraction rate was 90%,alkali recovery rate was 78.8%,and the amount of alkali recovery (40% NaOH) was 13.87 t/d.The treatment technology was stable and reliable,and had good economic and environmental benefits.
