摘要

长沙市敢胜垸污水处理厂(一期)是长沙市第一座半地下污水处理厂,设计规模为10×104 m3/d,出水水质在满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918--2002)的一级A标准的前提下,主要指标还需满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838--2002)Ⅳ类标准(总氮按照10mg/L控制).该工程采用Bardenpho活性污泥/活性炭吸附/深床滤池工艺,满足污水处理厂的稳定运行和达标排放.详细介绍了进出水水质、处理工艺、设计特点及新技术的应用,可供参考.

Abstract

The Ganshengyuan wastewater treatment plant was the first semi-underground plant with the design capacity of 10 × 104 m3/d in Changsha City.The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).And furthermore,the main indicators of effluent need to meet Environment Quality Standards of Surface Water(GB 3838-2002)(TN ≤ 10 mg/L).The treatment processes such as improved Bardenpho process,activated carbon adsorption unit and deep bed filter are used to treat wastewater.These operation of the processes are stable,and discharge requirements of wastewater treatment plant could be met.The influent and effluent quality,treatment processes,design characteristics and usage of the new technologies are all introduced.
