循环冷却水排污水除硬脱盐强化预处理工程实践

工业循环冷却水排污水属于难处理的工业废水.某热电联产有限公司循环冷却水排污水存在水量大、硬度高、总磷高、难生化降解等问题.为合理配置水资源,减少原水使用量,加大中水回用力度,采用高密度沉淀池/臭氧催化氧化/曝气生物滤池(BAF)组合工艺强化预处理循环冷却水排污水.通过该工艺处理,出水COD从134mg/L降至55 mg/L,TP从3.64mg/L降至0.61 mg/L,总硬度降低约1/2(从728 mg/L降至385 mg/L),其中COD和TP达到《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31572-2015)中新建企业直接排放限值,总硬度达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022).排污水的预处理成本为1.45元/m3,远低于园区供水水价(3.62元/m3).
Engineering Practice of Enhanced Pretreatment of Recirculating Cooling Sewage by Dehardening and Desalting
Industrial recirculating cooling sewage is difficult to treat.The recirculating cooling sewage of a cogeneration company faced problems such as large water volume,high hardness,high total phosphorus(TP),refractory and biorefractory content.To allocate water resources rationally,reduce the use of raw water,and increase the reuse of reclaimed water,a combined process of high-density sedimentation,ozone catalytic oxidation,and biological aerated filter(BAF)was adopted to enhance the pretreatment of recirculating cooling sewage.By this process,effluent COD was reduced from 134 mg/L to 55 mg/L,TP from 3.64 mg/L to 0.61 mg/L,and total hardness was reduced by half from 728 mg/L to 385 mg/L,respectively.Notably,the COD and TP met the direct discharge limits for new enterprises specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Synthetic Resin Industry(GB 31572-2015),and the total hardness complies with the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022).The pretreatment cost of the sewage was 1.45 yuan/m3,significantly lower than the water supply fee of 3.62 yuan/m3 in the industrial park.
