摘要

针对城市污水系统"厂""网"及"厂网"安全性薄弱、保障程度低的问题,以流域整体为单元,从污水总量平衡角度着手核算水量,利用枢纽泵站改造契机,结合重力流、压力流单向、压力流双向调配等模式,顺利实现流域内污水系统"上游、中游、下游"互联互通、统一调度,提升污水系统应急保障能力,减少污染溢流入河,建设安全可靠、韧性高效、环境友好和灰绿融合的城市污水系统,为超大城市可持续污水系统建设提供深圳范式.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of weak security and low security degree of the"sewage treatment plant(STP)","sewage network(SN)"and"STP-SN"of the urban sewage system,the water quantity is calculated from the perspective of total sewage balance by taking the whole basin as a unit.Taking advantage of the hub pumping station transformation,and combining the modes of gravity flow,one-way pressure flow,two-way pressure flow,and etc.,the"upstream,midstream,downstream"interconnection and unified scheduling of the sewage system in the basin is successfully realized,thus to improve the emergency support capability of the sewage system,reduce pollutant overflow,and build a safe,reliable,resilient,efficient,environmentally friendly,and gray-green urban sewage system,which provides the Shenzhen paradigm for the construction of a sustainable sewage system in megacities.
