Analysis on the Application of Construction Project Management Informatization From the Perspective of Smart City
This paper deeply explores the operation logic,practice path and future prospect of construction project management informatization under the background of smart city.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of the whole life cycle management,sustainable development concept and intelligent decision support,the operation logic of construction project management information in smart city is revealed.Secondly,the practical path is proposed,including the formulation of smart city construction planning,the integration of infrastructure,the centralized management of construction engineering data,the establishment of real-time collaborative office platform and the implementation of mobile project management mode,so as to provide guidance for the realization of more efficient and intelligent management of construction projects.Finally,the future prospects are discussed,especially the support of artificial intelligence in construction engineering decision making,the application of sensor network in real-time monitoring,and the prospect of digital twin technology in synchronizing physical buildings with digital models.
