杭州西站属于特大型铁路客站,客站钢屋盖采用桁网结合的结构体系,云谷采用拱支吊挂结构,两种结构体系传力路径复杂,施工过程中结构受力状况较难把握.采用结构健康监测技术能实时掌握屋盖、云谷拱结构的受力状态,是保证施工期、运营期结构安全的重要手段.本文提出了一种施工期与运营期相结合的杭州西站结构健康监测系统设计方案,监测对象包括结构整体、构件、荷载和环境三个类别.通过在施工期间架设云服务器节点,在运营阶段系统并入内网管控平台保证系统正常运行.同时,本文针对杭州西站结构监测对象,提出了结构健康监测安全评估方案,并分别设定了预警阈值,实现了对结构的安全预警和状态评估.
Design and Research on Structural Health Monitoring System for Roof and Yungu Arch of Hangzhou West Railway Station
Hangzhou West Railway Station is a super-large railway passenger station.The steel roof of the passenger station adopts a truss-net combined structural system,and the cloud valley adopts an arch-supported suspension structure.The force transmission paths of the two structural systems are complex,and the structural stress state during the construction process is difficult to grasp.The structural health monitoring technology can grasp the stress state of the roof and Yungu arch structure in real time,which is an important means to ensure the structural safety during the construction and operation period.In this paper,a design scheme of structural health monitoring system for Hangzhou West Railway Station combining construction period and operation period is proposed.The monitoring objects include three categories:structural integrity,components,loads and environment.By erecting cloud server nodes during construction,the system is integrated into the intranet management and control platform to ensure the normal operation of the system during the operation stage.At the same time,aiming at the structural monitoring object of Hangzhou West Railway Station,this paper puts forward the safety assessment scheme of structural health monitoring,and sets the early warning threshold respectively to realize the safety early warning and state assessment of the structure.
