摘要

针对某厂房建筑工程的造价管理现状及问题进行分析,结合云计算技术提出全生命周期建筑工程造价管理平台.结果表明,全生命周期造价管理下,总造价偏差波动范围较小,在运营阶段总造价偏差接近0.传统成本管理方法下,当设计阶段进度达到50%时,设计阶段造价偏差最大为0.06%;在设计阶段结束时的设计阶段造价偏差为0.04%.全生命周期造价管理方法下,设计阶段造价偏差接近0.研究表明,全生命周期建筑工程造价管理对策能够有效控制设计阶段的造价成本.

Abstract

This article analyzes the current situation and problems of cost management in a certain factory building construction project,and propose cost management strategies for the entire life cycle construction project cost management platform based on cloud computing technology.The results indicate that under full life cycle cost management,the fluctuation range of total cost deviation is relatively small,and the total cost deviation is close to 0 during the operation phase.Under traditional cost management methods,when the progress of the design phase reaches 50%,the maximum cost deviation during the design phase is 0.06%;The cost deviation during the design phase at the end of the design phase is 0.04%.Under the full life cycle cost management method,the cost deviation during the design phase is close to 0.Research has shown that cost management strategies for full life cycle construction projects can effectively control the cost during the design phase.
