As a junction along"the Belt and Road",the new smart city of Chongqing will contribute to promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation in the next golden decade.This paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of the construction of new smart city.Finally,it proposes some suggestions,such as improving top-level design,accelerating"new infrastructure",enhancing the level of internationalization community,developing the digital economy,and building a community of human destiny.
