摘要

针对沥青罐料位测量误差大、监控数据不精准、库存计算不准确等问题,本文基于单法兰液位变送器,结合物联网技术设计了拌合站沥青罐检测系统.该系统综合运用物联网、云计算等信息技术,有效解决了高温高压有毒等环境下沥青罐料位检测不准确的难题,从而实现对沥青罐料位的精细化检测.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large measurement error of asphalt tank material level,inaccurate monitoring data and inaccurate inventory calculation,this paper designs the asphalt tank detection system of mixing station based on single flange liquid level transmitter and Internet of things technology.The system uses Internet of things,cloud computing and other information technologies to effectively solve the problem of inaccurate asphalt tank material level detection in high temperature,high pressure and toxic environment,so as to realize the fine detection of asphalt tank material level.
