落实国家工程造价改革方案,研究工程造价大数据指标指数的应用,不仅有助于探索市场化计价改革,也有助于推动建筑业和工程造价咨询行业高质量发展.福建省造价主管部门依托工程造价咨询成果备案机制,解决海量工程造价数据来源问题,同时建设工程造价数据标准体系,建构大数据应用信息化基础,通过工程造价数据处理技术,充分挖掘现有数据资源,得到设定的工程造价指数指标体系,并充分发挥互联网和移动互联网的优势,为行业提供高质量、低成本的工程造价共享信息.
Abstract
Implementing the national project cost reform plan and studying the application of big data indicators and indexes for project cost will not only help to explore market-oriented pricing reform,but also promote the high-quality development of the construction industry and project cost consulting industry.The competent department of cost in Fujian Province relies on the project cost consulting results filing mechanism to solve the problem of massive project cost data sources,and at the same time builds a standard system for project cost data and an information-based foundation for big data application.Through project cost data processing technology,it fully excavates existing data resources to obtain a set of project cost index indicator systems,and fully utilizes the advantages of the Internet and mobile Internet to provide high-quality and low-cost project cost sharing information for the industry.
