本文旨在探究建筑工程监理体系信息化建设的路径,以提升监理工作效率和质量.首先,基于功能模块系统集成、监理数据统一规范和信息资源开放共享等现实基础,明确信息化建设的必要性.其次,通过监理需求分析与规划、功能摸块选型与架构、监理数据采集与整合、功能模块集成与测试、监理体系运维与更新等实践路径,系统论述了信息化建设的实践过程.最后,展望了建筑工程监理体系信息化建设的演进趋势,包括智能化与自动化、移动化与一体化、数据化与智能决策综合化等方面,为未来建筑工程监理的发展提供了有益参考.
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the path of information construction of construction supervision system in order to improve the efficiency and quality of supervision work.First of all,based on the practical basis of system integration of function modules,unified supervision data and open sharing of information resources,the necessity of information construction is clearly defined.Secondly,through the supervision demand analysis and planning,function module selection and architecture,supervision data collection and integration,function module integrataion and testing,operation and maintenance of supervision system and other practice paths,the practice process of information construction is systematically discussed.Finally,the paper looks forward to the evolution trend of construction engineering supervision system information construction,including intelligence and automation,mobility and integration,data and intelligent decision-making integration,etc.,which provides a useful reference for the future development of construction engineering supervision.
