超高层建筑的数智化施工管理探索

为了改善超高层建筑的施工管理效率和施工质量,研究以昆明市山海湾8号项目为例,对基于建筑信息模型和地理信息系统的数智化施工管理平台进行了研究.结果显示,数智化施工管理平台在人员管理和物资方面,能有效对劳务人员情况及设备情况进行监测,以保证人员分配合理和设备使用安全;在安全管理和高危工程管理方面、数智化施工管理平台的安全问题整理时间、记录下发整改时间、整改回复时间分别降低了 66.67%、33.33%和66.67%,且能对高支摸支撑系统的情况进行实时监测.在绿色施工方面,智能喷淋系统相较于传统喷淋系统节约用水用电各11500 m3和2273 kWh.上述结果表明,数智化施工管理平台能极大地促进安全施工和绿色施工的实现.
Exploration of Digitized Construction Management for Super Tall Buildings
In order to improve the construction management efficiency and quality of super high-rise buildings,this study takes the Shanhaiwan No.8 project in Kunming City as an example to study a digital construction management platform based on building information models and geographic information systems.The results show that the digital construction management platform can effectively monitor the situation of labor personnel and equipment in terms of personnel management and materials,to ensure reasonable personnel allocation and safe equipment use;In terms of safety management and high-risk engineering management,the digital construction management platform has reduced the time for sorting out safety issues,recording and issuing corrective actions,and responding to corrective actions by 66.67%,33.33%,and 66.67%,respectively.It can also monitor the situation of high formwork support systems in real-time.In terms of green construction,the intelligent sprinkler system saves 11500 m3 of water and 2273 kWh of electricity compared to traditional sprinkler systems.The above results indicate that the digital construction management platform can greatly promote the realization of safe and green construction.
