The Practice of Establishing an Intelligent Management Platform Under Demands of the Operation and Maintenance of the Exhibition Center
With the continuous development of society and the progress of science and technology,the construction of intelligent buildings has received more and more attention.For establishing the intelligent exhibition platform in exhibition center as a public place,the special demands of exhibition.management and the overall construction of the intelligent building system should be considered at same time together for achieving more efficient,safe and energy-saving operation and maintenance management.Taking the construction practice of the intelligent platform of the Shanghai Planning Exhibition Center as case study,this paper summarized the special demands of the operation and maintenance of the exhibition center.During constructing the intelligent platform,the problems of data communication and non-interoperability of systems in the management of exhibition halls are emphasized and solved,the comprehensive operation and maintenance management,asset management,digital exhibition and exhibition evaluation system are realized.This paper puts forward the issues of focus for constructing of intelligent exhibition center,emphasizes the data integrity and accuracy,data interoperability and sharing,and the extensibility of intelligent platforms,and provides an effective reference for the construction of intelligent exhibition centers.
