随着信息化技术的发展,建筑设备信息互联已成为可能.为了充分发挥设备效能,及时淘汰落后、存在安全隐患设备,实现设备全生命周期管理,开发了建筑起重机械信息归集系统.本文详细阐述了开发系统原则,并介绍了信息归集系统的架构及功能.该系统自上线使用以来,取得了显著成果.目前已经成功归集了 210家企业、8919台工程机械设备和3562名相关工作人员的数据.本信息归集系统的相关研究为建筑设备信息智能化提供了坚实的技术支撑,具有推广和使用的潜力,将为整个行业带来更高效、更便捷的发展空间.
Research on the Construction and Application of Suzhou Construction Crane Equipment Information Collection System
With the development of information technology,the interconnection of building equipment information has become possible.In order to fully utilize equipment efficiency,timely eliminate outdated and potential safety hazards equipment,and achieve full lifecycle management of equipment,a construction crane information collection system has been developed.This article elaborates on the principles of developing a system and introduces the architecture and functions of an information gathering system.Since its launch and use,the system has achieved significant results.Currently,data has been successfully collected from 210 enterprises,8919 construction machinery equipment,and 3562 related staff.The relevant research on this information collection system provides solid technical support for the intelligence of construction equipment information,and has the potential for nationwide promotion and use,which will bring more efficient and secure development to the entire industry.
