Application of BIM Technology in 1000MW Large-scale Thermal Power Plant
With the rapid development of power construction technology in China,the 1000MW unit project has become the mainstream.To ensure the smooth construction of the project,digital means are needed to empower process management.This article introduces the application of BIM technology in the construction process of thermal power generation projects to assist in scheme disclosure,especially to solve the problems of unclear and incomplete technical schemes,improve the quality of technical disclosure,reduce rework and costs,and generate good economic benefits.The article focuses on a method of using"#"shaped hanger to convert and hoist high-pressure equipment,and conducts construction simulation and key technical process analysis before hoisting construction,Conduct modeling content analysis and software selection,and then model and conduct construction simulation.Taking three representative technology process simulation optimization processes as examples,this paper elaborates on the application of BIM technology in the installation of vertical high-pressure heaters in projects.Through economic analysis,the construction plan has obvious economic benefits,demonstrating the advantages of BIM technology in terms of three-dimensional,optimization,and simulation.It can play a very important role in ensuring the safety and smooth implementation of major construction plans.
