摘要

智慧城市建设作为一个全面运用信息技术提升城市管理水平的重要战略,为建设工程数字化转型提供了广泛的契机.本论文以智慧城市视域下建设工程业务数字化转型为研究对象,探讨了建设工程业务数字化转型的核心意义和目标,分析智慧城市视域下建设工程业务数字化转型的内在逻辑,提出了战略规划引领组织变革、协同共享提高数据治理效能、数字生态构建赋能业务决策的三大关键要素,论述智慧城市视域下建设工程业务数字化转型的实践路径,涵盖了多元数据感知、数据协同共享、动态预测分析以及数据集成应用,为实现数字化转型提出了一套系统的转型路径.

Abstract

Smart city construction,as an important strategy to comprehensively use information technology to improve the level of urban management,provides a wide range of opportunities for the digital transformation of construction projects.This paper takes the digital transformation of construction engineering business from the perspective of smart city as the research object,discusses the core significance and objectives of digital transformation of construction engineering business,and analyzes the internal logic of digital transformation of construction engineering business from the perspective of smart city.Three key elements of strategic planning leading organizational change,collaborative sharing improving data governance efficiency,and digital ecological construction empowering business decision-making are proposed.The practical path of digital transformation of construction engineering business from the perspective of smart city is discussed,covering multiple data perception,data collaborative sharing,dynamic predictive analysis,and data integration application.A set of systematic transformation path is proposed to realize the digital transformation.
