房屋建筑调查背景下的房屋全生命周期安全管理平台设计

第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查房屋建筑调查积累了大量的房屋建筑承灾体数据,亟需对房屋建筑调查成果数据开展研究分析.本文以房屋建筑调查、专项排查数据为基础,充分利用大数据、物联网、互联网、地理信息等技术手段,横向管控房屋源头数据,纵向深入房屋安全业务,打造集监测、管理、分析、预警于一体的房屋全生命周期安全管理平台,实现房屋从建设、使用、加固再使用到拆除全生命周期中的安全管理.
Abstract
Accumulated a large number of housing construction disaster bearing body data form the first national comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters housing construction survey.At present,it is urgent to carry out research and analysis on the results of housing construction survey data.This paper based on housing construction survey and special investigation data,use of big data,Internet of Things,Internet and geographic information,to build a house life cycle safety management platform integrating monitoring,management,analysis and early warning.The platform horizontally controls the housing source data and vertically penetrates the housing safety business.lt has realized the safety management of the whole life cycle of the house from construction,use,reinforcement,re-use until dismantled.
