Taking a sewage treatment project as an example,this paper studies and establishes a digital asset platform based on BIM technology as the carrier,business digitization as the premise,data storage as the basis,and various types of information related to various building(structure)facilities and equipment.Around the needs of the operation and maintenance stage,using geographic information technology,Internet of things technology,mobile communication technology,big data cloud platform technology,etc.,through the integration and management of BIM three-dimensional information model carrier and various process data,digital assets are formed to achieve the goal of'data resource utilization,management digitization,decision-making intelligence,operation and maintenance refinement',and comprehensively improve the level of project managemen.
