Research on Informationization of Construction Project Quality Supervision for Diverse Stakeholders in the New Era
In the new era,project management models such as whole-process engineering consulting have emerged as innovative approaches encouraged by the Chinese government,but they are still in the early exploration stage.It is worth exploring and studying how to effectively carry out construction project quality supervision and address the characteristics and challenges faced by regulatory stakeholders in this model.Taking this perspective into account and considering the rapid development of informationization,this paper summarizes the characteristics and responsibilities of quality supervision stakeholders in the whole-process engineering consulting model.It investigates the construction of an informationized model for project quality supervision from three aspects:the digitalization of stakeholder responsibilities,the collaborative management model of informationization,and the construction of an information platform.This research provides valuable insights for the orderly implementation of construction project quality supervision in the new era.
