某深基坑工程采用桩锚支护体系,为了确保支护方案的可靠性,研究人员利用BIM结构分析软件,建立基坑和支护措施的有限元模型,以虚拟方式进行四个阶段的开挖,直至达到基底.在虚拟模型上设置土体和桩体监测点,测量土体水平位移、土体竖向位移、围护桩水平位移以及围护桩弯矩变化.再对比数值模拟结果和传感器实测结果,验证了基坑施工方案的可行性.
Application Analysis of BIM Virtual Construction Technology in Engineering Management
A deep foundation pit project adopts pile anchor support system.In order to ensure the reliability of the support scheme,the researchers used BIM structure analysis software to establish a finite element model of foundation pit and support measures,and carried out four stages of excavation in a virtual way until the base is reached.Monitoring points of soil and pile are set on the virtual model to measure the horizontal displacement of soil,vertical displacement of soil,horizontal displacement of retaining pile and bending moment change of retaining pile.Then comparing the numerical simulation results and the sensor measurement results proves the feasibility of the foundation pit construction scheme.
