摘要

通过参考国家智慧城市评价模型和结合贵州省的实际情况,建立了贵州省的智慧城市指标评价体系.包括智慧产业经济、智慧治理、智慧民生服务、信息基础设施、生态宜居、市民体验6个一级指标,分化为14个二级指标以及48个三级指标.使用直觉模糊层次法得到各指标权重,为贵州省的智慧城市建设评价提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

By referring to the national smart city evaluation model and combining with the actual situation of Guizhou Province,a smart city indicator evaluation system for Guizhou Province has been established.It includes six primary indicators:smart industrial economy,smart governance,smart public services,information infrastructure,ecological livability,and citizen experience.These primary indicators are further divided into 14 secondary indicators and 48 tertiary indicators.The weights of each indicator are determined using the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,providing reference and guidance for the evaluation of smart city construction in Guizhou Province.
