基于CIM的AIoT多模态数据融合与智能分析技术展望

智慧城市逐渐成为城镇化的新形态,而以融合城市多源异构数据为特征的城市信息模型(CIM)被视为智慧城市建设的关键性信息基础设施,其建设与应用已成为实践热点和研究前沿.然而,CIM由于缺乏与智能物联网(AIoT)数据的有效融合和深度应用,面临动态数据缺失、智能分析能力不足、城市发展预测能力受限等突出问题.因此,本研究以CIM与AIoT多模态数据融合与智能分析关键技术为研究对象,通过对现有研究进展总结与实践案例分析,剖析制约CIM与AIoT数据融合的根本原因,进而展望解决此问题的三项关键技术:面向CIM与AIoT多模态异构数据的全生命周期治理、基于CIM基础平台的AIoT数据可视化与仿真分析、构建多模态数据融合的智能分析与发展预测模型.本研究旨在完善CIM技术体系,拓展基于CIM基础平台的业务应用,以期在更高程度上为城市治理的科学化与精细化提供支撑.
Technology Perspectives on AIoT Multimodal Data Fusion and Intelligent Analytics Based on CIM
Smart city has gradually become a new form of urbanization,and the City Information Modeling(CIM),which is characterized by fusion of heterogeneous data from multiple sources in the city,is regarded as the key information infrastructure for the construction of smart city,and its construction and application have become the hotspot of practice and the frontier of research.However,CIM is facing prominent problems such as missing dynamic data,insufficient intelligent analysis capabilities,and limited ability to predict urban development due to the lack of effective integration and in-depth application with Artificial Intelligence of Things(AIoT)data.Therefore,this study takes the key technology of multimodal data fusion and intelligent analysis of CIM and AIoT as the research object,analyzes the fundamental reasons restricting the data fusion of CIM and AIoT through the summary of the existing research progress and the analysis of the practice cases,and then looks forward to the three key technologies to solve the problem:the full-life-cycle governance of the multimodal heterogeneous data oriented to the CIM and AIoT,the visualization and simulation analysis of the AIoT data based on the basic platform of the CIM,and the construction of the intelligent analysis and the development prediction model of the multimodal data fusion.This study aims to improve the CIM technology system and expand the business applications based on the CIM foundation platform,with a view to providing support for the scientific and refined urban governance to a higher degree.
