With the rapid development of informatization and mechanization in the field of engineering construction and the gradual advancement of intelligent construction technology,large comprehensive construction enterprises will produce a large number of data resources in project management and production and operation.In response to the"14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economy Development"issued by The State Council,data resources are the key elements and modern information network is the main carrier.With the all-factor digital transformation as an important driving force,this paper studies the difference and correlation analysis among unit price index,bid amount and planned construction period in the bidding process from the data perspective and based on data resource management,proposes the analysis method,builds a complete set of data asset management and control system,and carries out the exploration of data asset transformation and data asset management.It can provide the technical realization path and reference for the rapid transformation of the traditional construction industry to the new stage of data deepening application,standardized development and inclusive sharing in the digital economy.
