基于BIM二次开发技术的市政给排水工程管理研究

为了解决管道工程在施工初期或招标阶段因设计深度不够,导致成本控制欠缺的问题,提出了基于BIM二次开发技术的市政给排水工程管理方法.利用PKPM碰撞检查和明细表功能,快速生成沟槽支护构件需求清单,从而制定工程设计方案.结果表明,完成项目施工的价格由预期减少了25.72万元.变更成本价格占合同价的比值整体降低了14.84%.并且应用研究方法使得市政给排水工程量得到了有效节省.此次研究为以后同类型成本管理问题提供了理论价值.
Research on Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Management Based on BIM Secondary Development Technology
In order to solve the problem of insufficient cost control in pipeline engineering during the initial construction or bidding stage due to insufficient design depth,a municipal water supply and drainage engineering management method based on BIM secondary development technology is proposed.Using PKPM collision check and detail table functions,quickly generate a list of requirements for trench support components,and thus develop engineering design plans.The results indicate that the price for completing project construction has decreased by 257200 yuan compared to expectations.The overall ratio of the change cost price to the contract price has decreased by 14.84%.And the application of research methods has effectively saved the amount of municipal water supply and drainage engineering.This study provides theoretical value for similar cost management issues in the future.
