自动喷水灭火系统是最有效的建筑自动灭火系统,喷头布置间距是其重要的设计参数.近年来,随着建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的发展,基于BIM的自动审查也成为发展趋势.在此背景下,研究了一种基于BIM的直立型、下垂型喷头矩形布置间距的校核算法.通过提取模型信息,对模型喷头按与配水管平行方向和垂直方向所在直线分组和排序,并考虑两种特殊情况进行拆分后,即可计算得到喷头间距.同时,通过包含2535个喷头的实际项目模型对算法进行测试,可以在35s内计算并定位不合规的喷头间距,效率和计算准确性满足需求.
Research on Verification Algorithm for Sprinkler Spacing Based on BIM
The automatic sprinkler system is the most effective automatic indoor fire extinguishing system,and sprinkler layout spacing is an important design parameter.In recent years,with the development of Building Information Model(BIM)technology,automatic verification based on BIM has also become a development trend.In this context,this article studies a BIM based algorithm for checking the spacing of a rectangular layout of upright and pendent sprinklers.By extracting model information,the model sprinklers are grouped and sorted according to the straight lines parallel and perpendicular to the water distribution pipe,and two special cases are considered for splitting,the sprinkler spacing can be calculated.Meanwhile,by testing the algorithm with an actual project model containing 2535 sprinklers,non-compliant sprinkler spacing can be calculated and located within 35 seconds,and the efficiency and calculation accuracy meet the requirements.
