This article focuses on the theme of"high-quality development of construction information assets",analyzes the current development status and challenges faced,and proposes a new model of construction information asset management based on the methodology of"policies and regulations,institutional mechanisms,management systems,standard specifications,and technological combinations",as well as an overall solution,to achieve full lifecycle management of construction information assets;Through the implementation route of"multi subject collaboration,full process online,cloud service support,and trusted chain transmission",the construction project data will be upgraded into construction information assets;Finally,it is proposed to construct information assets as a development direction for industry integration,industry collaboration,and future new quality production factors,to achieve deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy of the construction industry,and promote high-quality development of the construction industry.
