某深基坑工程的最大开挖深度达到24.2m,支护方案为地下连结墙+拉森钢板桩+内支撑,基坑支护体系的工程品质对结构稳定性具有显著的影响.研究过程将围护结构水准位移、地表沉降量、水准支撑轴力等作为品质监测指标,利用感测器和自动采集装置获取监测数据,并且设置报警值,一旦超过安全阈值,信息化系统将会发出预警信号.从基坑开挖到主体结构建造完成,对基坑支护体系的品质进行全过程监测,保证了作业安全.
Application of Information Technology in Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Management
The maximum excavation depth of a deep foundation pit project reaches 24.2m,and the support scheme is underground continuous wall+Len steel plate pile+internal support.The engineering quality of the foundation pit support system has a significant impact on the stability of the structure.In the research process,the envelope level displacement,surface settlement and level support axial force are used as quality monitoring indicators.The sensor and automatic acquisition device are used to obtain the monitoring data,and the alarm value is set.Once the safety threshold is exceeded,the information system will issue an early warning signal.From the excavation of the foundation pit to the construction of the main structure,the whole process of the quality of the foundation pit support system is monitored to ensure the safety of the operation.
