本研究围绕数字化转型,在实现工程公司的业务和管理变革等方面,从工程建设公司的业务价值链入手,以实现工程项目的数字化为目标,力图形成一个集中统一的数字化业务流程体系和数字化管理平台方案集合.该方案集合以工程数据的形成、存储和利用为纽带,在建设实体工厂时同步进行数字化工厂建设,实现工程数据全生命周期高效应用、整合和交付,提升工程项目全生命周期数字化程度,从而提升企业在数字化转型方面的整体效益和管理能力.
Abstract
This study revolves around digital transformation and aims to bring about business and management changes in engineering companies.It starts with the business value chain of construction companies and sets the digitalization of engineering projects as its goal.The study strives to develop a centralized and unified digital business process system and a collection of digital management platform solutions.This collection of solutions uses the generation,storage,and utilization of engineering data as a link.It involves the simultaneous construction of digital factories alongside the construction of physical factories.The objective is to achieve efficient application,integration,and delivery of engineering data throughout its entire lifecycle,thereby enhancing the degree of digitalization of engineering projects throughout their lifecycle,and consequently improving the overall efficiency and management capabilities of enterprises in their digital transformation efforts.
