"数据"作为数字化、信息化的核心,其质量状况一定程度上决定着数字化转型的成败.近两年,B企业在数字化与信息化建设持续转型的过程中,健全基础应用系统的同时,也逐步搭建起"数据质量管理"的长效机制.通过明权责、定标准、搭平台、抓落地、重考核等体系性措施,借助数据巡检工具与数据治理实施,持续提升数据质量的及时、准确、完整性,以数据推动业务协同、助力决策,深挖数据资产的核心价值.
Abstract
As the core factor of digitalization and informatization,the quality of data plays key effect on the success of digitalization to some extent.Within the recent years,B has explored and managed to develop the long-term mechanism in terms of data quality management,while improved the function of basic application systems.The systematic measurements including the clarification of rights and liabilities,set-up data standard,build-up data inspection platform,focusing on the practical outcomes,and performance evaluation,etc.have significantly improved the timeliness,accuracy and integrity of data quality,which also in return assists on professional collaboration,decision making for group leaders and value-mining as the long-term assets to the company.
