在乡村振兴发展的背景下,穿斗民居作为传统民居建筑的重要类型,其保护传承具有较大的历史文化意义.BIM凭借以数据库为核心的数字模型应用技术,在对穿斗民居的宜居性改造上有较大的优势.文章以重庆市合川区钓鱼城街道瑞映巷民居建筑群为例,具体分析BIM技术在穿斗民居宜居性改造中的应用.
Abstract
Under the background of rural revitalization,as an important type of traditional residential buildings,the preservation and inheritance of column-and-tie construction of a folk house,have great historical and cultural significance.Because of the applied technology of digital model with database as the core,BIM has great advantages in the livable renovation of the column-and-tie construction of a folk house.The paper takes Ruiying Lane residential buildings,Fishing Town Street,Hechuan District,Chongqing as an example,analyzes the application of BIM technology in the livable renovation of the column-and-tie construction of a folk house.
