A hospital needs to build a new inpatient building.In order to meet the standard of green building,BIM technology is used for project management.In the construction stage,the three-dimensional visualization model of the building was constructed through BIM and Ecotect software was used to simulate and analyze the external wall envelope structure,exterior window and building orientation,so as to form the optimized design scheme.In the construction management stage,relying on the statistical function,calculation function and drawing function of the software tools,the construction plane is reasonably controlled,the amount of materials is summarized,and the rainwater and gray water recovery system is constructed to meet the technical requirements of green construction.
