建筑信息模型(BIM)技术以其强大的信息整合能力和三维可视化特点,正在逐渐改变传统的建筑设计、施工和运维模式.而给排水项目是建筑工程的重要组成部分,承担着供应生活给水、生产给水和消防用水以及排放生活污废水、生产废水的任务.因此,将BIM技术应用于给排水设计,具有重要的现实意义.文中基于BIM技术重点研究给排水实例建模及设计流程,总结了模型标准深度的建立、BIM模型深度标准展示的相关要求,并从初步设计、深化设计以及协同设计等方面对给排水方案展开分析,以期为类似项目提供有效参考.
Case Modeling and Design Application of Water Supply and Drainage Based on BIM Technology
Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,with its powerful information integration ability and three-dimensional visualization characteristics,is gradually changing traditional architectural design,construction,and operation modes.The water supply and drainage project is an important component of construction engineering,responsible for supplying domestic water,production water,and fire water,as well as discharging domestic sewage and production wastewater.Therefore,applying BIM technology to water supply and drainage design has important practical significance.The article focuses on the modeling and design process of water supply and drainage examples based on BIM technology,summarizes the establishment of model standard depth,the relevant requirements for displaying BIM model depth standards,and analyzes the water supply and drainage scheme from the aspects of preliminary design,deepening design,and collaborative design,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
