随着新一代信息技术的发展和建筑行业的不断进步,建筑行业正在逐步进行数字化、智能化和信息化的变革.本文以建筑信息模型(BIM)为主要载体,结合"互联网+"思维,构建了一个面向建筑工程管理的全生命周期数字化协同管理平台.通过对该平台的设计与研究,探讨了如何利用BIM技术、互联网技术,搭建数字化协同平台,实现跨部门(单位)、跨地域的协同管理目的,以提高建筑设计、生产、运输、施工、交付、运营和管理等建筑工程全生命周期管理效率.本文旨在为建筑行业的数字化转型提供相关可落地、可执行的信息化实践探索经验.
Design and Research of the Whole Life Cycle Digital Collaborative Management Platform Based on BIM+Internet
With the advancement of new generation information technology and the continuous evolution of the construction industry,there is a gradual shift towards digitalization,intelligence,and informationization transformation.This study focuses on leveraging building information modeling(BIM)as the primary vehicle and integrating"Internet+"concepts to establish a digitalized and collaborative management platform for comprehensive building engineering management throughout its life cycle.Through the development and exploration of this platform,this study investigates how BIM technology and internet technology can be utilized to construct a digitalized collaborative platform that facilitates cross-departmental,cross-regional coordination management,ultimately enhancing efficiency in building design,production,transportation,construction,delivery,operation,and management across the entire life cycle of building engineering.The objective of this study is to offer pertinent practical insights into informationization exploration for driving digital transformation within the construction industry.
