Design and Application Practice of Urban Flood Control Emergency Dispatch System
This paper targets on improve the speed of sluggish emergency responses to urban waterlogging incidents and the accuracy in identifying waterlogging occurrences. It develops a new flood emergency dispatch system, containing real-time data processing, image recognition, and user interaction design.Specifically, the system integrates the YOLO network to enhance waterlogging identification accuracy and employs comprehensive monitoring equipment for real-time urban waterlogging warnings.A three-level scheduling mode is adopted to efficiently allocate resources and promptly address waterlogging situations. The application in Nanning underscores its effectiveness in bolstering waterlogging disasters prevention, mitigate losses, and safeguard lives and property.
