摘要

鉴于当前城市"水"问题突出,采用新型技术和手段辅助城市排水的智能化建设和管理迫在眉睫,当前智慧城市的全面发展期急需将CIM技术和平台应用到城市的基础设施建设和管理中,智慧排水作为智慧城市建设中重要的一环,本文通过对CIM及CIM平台进行研究,总结了CIM平台的七大核心支撑能力,并探索了"CIM+排水"的智慧应用体系,通过打造涵盖城市排水现代化和智能化管理中规划设计、建设监督、监测预警、内涝模拟、应急调度和运维管理在内的六大应用场景,助力提高排水管理效率,提升排水管理水平.

Abstract

Given the prominent water problem in current cities,it is urgent to adopt new technologies and means to assist in the intelligent construction of urban drainage.In the comprehensive development period of smart cities,it is urgent to apply CIM technology and platforms to urban infrastructure construction.Smart drainage is an important part of smart city construction.This article summarizes the seven core support capabilities of CIM basic platforms by studying CIM and CIM platforms,And explored the intelligent application system of"CIM+Drainage",by creating six application scenarios covering urban drainage modernization and intelligent management including planning and design,construction supervision,monitoring and early warning,waterlogging simulation,emergency dispatch,operation and maintenance management to help improve drainage management efficiency and enhance drainage management level.
