市政排水工程施工信息化技术应用现状及措施

某市政排水管道工程的设计线路上存在冲沟,因而部分区段采取架空箱涵的施工技术方案,为了验证设计方案的可靠性,消除潜在的工程隐患,研究过程采用有限元分析法,模拟城市内涝情况下,洪水将箱涵完全淹没后,箱涵受到的应力、应变以及产生的水平位移和竖向位移.在这一过程中,信息技术用于构建模型、设置参数、开展力学验算,成为解决问题的关键,具体的实施要点包括选择适宜的单元类型、设置钢筋-混凝土本构模型、网格划分、生成应力-应变关系.
Application Status and Measures of Construction Information Technology in Municipal Drainage Engineering
A municipal drainage pipeline engineering design lines,so some sections take overhead box culvert construction technology scheme,in order to verify the reliability of the design scheme,eliminate the potential engineering hidden trouble,the research process using the finite element analysis,simulate urban waterlogging,the flood box culvert completely submerged,the box culvert stress,strain and horizontal displacement and vertical displacement.In this process,information technology is used to build models,set parameters and carry out mechanical checking,which becomes the key to solve the problem.The specific implementation points include selecting appropriate unit types,setting reinforcement-concrete constitutive model,grid division,and generating stress-strain relationship.
