Budget Management in the Process of Information Construction Project Cost Management
The project volume of a large office building is large.In order to reduce the cost of the construction stage,an information-based budget management system is built based on BIM technology.The research process introduces the project budget coding method and work decomposition structure,and then uses the software tools to extract the project quantity of the partial project,calculate the valuation table of the bill of quantities,and get the project budget data after classification and summary.Use the value engineering theory to analyze the budget data,so as to determine the sub-project with poor cost control effect.
