信息平台已成为城市黑臭水体监测监管的主要工具.平台通过集成水体信息采集、遥感影像处理、数据融合分析、AI识别预测、交互监测评价、空地协同调查和一张图展示等功能,遵循统一性、先进性和扩展性原则,实现了高效的动态监测监管一体化管理,通过形成空间数字化黑臭水体信息,显著提高了监测效率.信息平台的建设应用标志着城市黑臭水体治理进入智能、精细的数字化新阶段,已成为实现城市黑臭水体的长治久清、促进城市高质量发展有力技术保障.
Abstract
The information platform is the primary tool for monitoring and regulating urban black and malodorous water bodies.Integrating functionalities such as water body information collection,remote sensing image processing,data fusion analysis,AI recognition and prediction,interactive monitoring and evaluation,air-ground coordinated investigation,and unified map display,while abiding by principles of uniformity,advancement,and scalability,the platform realizes efficient integrated dynamic monitoring and regulation.This platform enables efficient,dynamic monitoring and management,enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.Its construction marks a shift towards intelligent,digitalized management,providing strong technological support for sustained control and cleaner urban waters,thus promoting high-quality urban development.
