Design and Implementation of Existing Building Safety Information Management Platform Based on Jinan"Smart Residential Construction"
Due to natural aging of houses and inadequate safety management,safety hazards in the use of houses have become increasingly prominent in recent years.Based on the current situation of housing safety management in Jinan City,this paper is supported by the massive housing information,housing census information,housing construction business information and housing construction map collected by the"Smart Housing and Urban-Rural"big data center,takes housing safety management as the main line,and follows the construction planning of"one library,two ends and four subsystems".To build a structure optimization,resource integration,efficient and convenient existing housing construction safety management information platform,break through the traditional management mode of housing safety,and improve the management efficiency of housing safety.
