三维激光扫描技术在钢箱梁拼宽改造中的应用

为大幅扩大城市交通通行能力和缩短工程施工工期,桥梁拼宽改造项目是一种行之有效并逐渐广泛应用的方法.传统桥梁拼宽工程往往面临工程实体不规则、设计资料不完整以及桥梁变形等多重挑战,导致无法直接基于CAD设计文件进行精确的桥梁模型创建.为此,本文基于实际项目经验,采用桥梁点云数据采集、点云数据处理和逆向建模等方法进行重建现状桥三维模型,并通过偏差分析等手段进行拼接精度分析,从而提高桥梁拼宽改造工程质量控制精度和施工进度.此外,针对拼宽过程中可能出现的一期工程施工误差导致的钢箱梁无法精确对齐问题,本文进一步提出了利用点云和实景数字可执行文件实测实量的方法,实现了快速、高精度的测量.这种方法不仅提高了测量效率,而且其毫米级的测量精度完全满足桥梁拼接的精度要求,为高精度拼接提供了有力的数据支撑.
