帕劳共和国某国际酒店建筑的地下室机房走廊采用无吊顶设计方案,在其顶板需要部署各类管线,包括强弱电线缆、通风管、给水管、消防管以及其他,为了提高设计方案的美观性和安全性,研究过程引入BIM技术,辅助完成支吊架设计和综合布线.在支吊架预制工作中,利用软件工具建立支吊架模型、生成预制剖面详图、提取材料表,为预制施工提供确切的参数.在综合布线策划阶段,利用BIM技术创建机电模型、划分管线等级、确定施工顺序,有效地提高了工程质量和效率.
Research on the Construction Planning of Comprehensive Support and Hanger Prefabrication and Pipe Comprehensive Scheme Based on BIM Technology——BIM Application Example of an International Hotel Project in the Republic of Palau
the basement room corridor in the Republic of Palau without the ceiling design,the roof needs to deploy all kinds of pipeline,including strong electric cable,ventilation pipe,water supply pipe,fire pipe and other,in order to improve the beauty and safety of the design scheme,the research process introduced BIM technology,auxiliary to complete the support hanger design and comprehensive cabling.In the prefabrication work of the support and hanger,the software tools are used to establish the support and hanger model,generate the prefabrication section details,and extract the material table to provide the exact parameters for the prefabrication construction.In the stage of comprehensive cabling planning,BIM technology is used to create mechanical and electrical models,divide the pipeline grade,and determine the construction sequence,which effectively improves the quality and efficiency of the project.
