In the view of global climate change and increasingly severe energy crisis,green building has become the only way for the sustainable development of construction industry with its advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,comfort and health.As the core technology of building informatization,BIM technology provides new means and methods for the whole life cycle management of green building design,construction,operation and maintenance with its characteristics of visualization and collaboration.The deep integration of BIM technology and green building not only promotes the improvement of building performance and efficient use of resources,but also promotes the reform and innovation of construction management mode.This paper will start with the relationship between BIM technology and the sustainable development of green buildings,discuss its application in different stages of green buildings,and analyze the new model of green building construction management based on BIM,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the green transformation and high-quality development of the construction industry.
